SEO coaching for AI search helps you turn a vague goal like “show up in ChatGPT” into a plan your business can execute and measure. We work one-to-one on the pages, authority signals, and tracking needed to improve your chance of being mentioned or cited in AI-generated answers.
This is not a general course about artificial intelligence. It is applied coaching for business owners and the people responsible for a company website. We use your real offers, site, competitors, and buyer questions to decide what to do next.
Build visibility where buyers ask for answers
People now use ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI features, and other answer engines to compare options, learn a process, and decide which sources to trust. A citation can place your page inside that research path, but there is no submission form that guarantees one.
The work has several parts:
- make the right pages accessible to search and AI crawlers
- target questions that matter to the buying journey
- publish answers that are easy to extract and worth citing
- support claims with first-hand evidence and credible sources
- strengthen the authority of the site and the person behind it
- earn relevant mentions beyond your own domain
- track the same prompts over time instead of relying on one screenshot
We diagnose the constraint before adding more content. A site with weak crawl access needs a different plan from a site that is already retrieved but never cited. A business with dozens of broad blog posts may need focused commercial pages and proof, not another publishing sprint.
Work on your own site, not a demo project
AI-search advice becomes useful when it reaches a real page.
During coaching, we can work through:
- the prompts and buyer questions worth tracking
- the pages that should answer each question
- ChatGPT and search-crawler access in robots.txt
- title, heading, and passage structure
- original examples, data, quotes, and case evidence
- author and company information that clarifies who produced the work
- internal links that make priority pages easier to discover
- digital PR, expert contributions, and other credible third-party mentions
- a weekly scorecard for citations, mentions, sources, and changes
You leave each session with a short action plan tied to the highest-impact constraint. That 80/20 focus matters because AI search is moving quickly. Trying every new tactic produces noise. Fixing the clearest bottleneck gives you a result you can learn from.
SEO and AI-search visibility should support the same business
I do not treat AI search as a separate content machine.
A strong high-intent page can help a buyer whether it is found in a search result, cited in an AI answer, or reached through another site. It still needs a clear purpose, useful evidence, a usable experience, and a next step.
The difference is in how we measure and strengthen its chance of selection. AI engines synthesize answers from multiple sources, so we pay close attention to whether a page is accessible, specific, supported, and easy to quote. We also look beyond your site. Independent mentions can help an engine understand that other sources recognize the business or its expertise.
The goal is not more mentions for their own sake. It is visibility for questions asked by the people most likely to need what you sell.
A practical citation-tracking process
AI answers change. The same prompt can produce different sources on a different day, which makes one-off testing easy to misread.
I track a fixed set of money queries for All Natural Traffic every week. The first baseline showed the site cited for 1 of 10 tracked queries. Five days later, it was cited for 2 of 11. The two citations were for focused audience pages: SEO coaching for founders and SEO coaching for SaaS companies.
That is early evidence, not proof of a universal formula. It is useful because it gives us a working loop:
- define a fixed query set
- record the engine, answer, citation, and cited page
- note which competitors and source types appear
- improve one relevant page or authority signal
- run the same test again on a set schedule
Coaching helps you build that loop around your own market. It also keeps us honest. We can distinguish a durable pattern from a result that appeared once and disappeared. For the full step-by-step process, see how to get cited by ChatGPT.
What AI-search coaching includes
The program includes:
- a custom SEO and AI-search strategy
- twice-monthly live coaching calls
- daily chat support between calls
- direct review of pages, source tracking, and priorities
- walkthroughs of the tools and templates I use
- a practical implementation plan for your site
Coaching is fully remote and starts at $1,500 per month. There is no required minimum, although three months is recommended so there is enough time to implement changes and observe more than one tracking cycle.
What this is not
This is not a promise that ChatGPT or any other engine will cite your site. No coach controls another company’s retrieval or ranking system.
It is also not:
- a course built around theory and screenshots
- a plan to mass-produce generic AI articles
- a substitute for a useful offer or a credible website
- reporting that counts every brand mention as a citation
- a separate strategy that ignores leads, sales, and the rest of your site
The aim is to improve the conditions you can control and measure the result at the strength the evidence supports.
Why work with Ryan BeMiller
I have spent more than 25 years in web strategy, digital experience, and SEO. That background matters because AI visibility is not only a writing problem. Crawl access, site structure, page purpose, authority, usability, and measurement all affect the plan.
I am also doing the work on my own site. I track the queries, review the sources that answer engines select, and use what changes to decide the next experiment. You get a practitioner working through the same uncertainty, not a fixed course recorded before the current tools changed.
Build an AI-search plan you can defend
If AI search matters to your buyers, the next step is not to publish everywhere. It is to identify the valuable questions, find the current constraint, and improve the pages and signals most likely to matter.
Apply for SEO coaching. Tell me what you sell, which AI answers matter, and what you have tried. I will review the application and tell you whether coaching is a fit.
