These Terms of Use and Sale (“Terms”) apply to allnaturaltraffic.com and to digital products, downloads, templates, coaching materials, and other services sold or provided by All Natural Traffic (“All Natural Traffic,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who may use this site
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use this site or make a purchase. You are responsible for making sure the information you provide is accurate and current.
2. Digital products and access
Digital products are delivered electronically. Product descriptions, included files, and access instructions are shown on the applicable sales or checkout page.
You are responsible for providing a working email address and keeping your order email and account access secure. If you do not receive access after a completed purchase, contact ryan@allnaturaltraffic.com using the email address associated with the order.
We may update, replace, or correct product files when needed. Unless a sales page says otherwise, a purchase does not include future products, custom consulting, implementation, or ongoing support.
3. License and permitted use
Unless we state otherwise in writing, your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own personal or internal business purposes.
You may make reasonable working copies for your own use. You may not:
- resell, sublicense, distribute, publish, upload, or share the materials or access links;
- give another person or business access to your customer account or downloads;
- remove ownership notices or present the materials as your own product;
- use the materials to create a competing product, template, course, or content library; or
- use the materials in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.
If you want team, client, classroom, or other multi-user rights, contact us before sharing the materials.
4. Payments, prices, and taxes
Prices are shown at checkout. You authorize the payment processor to charge the amount shown before you submit your order. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers, including SureCart and Stripe, under their own terms and privacy practices.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges that the checkout identifies as payable by you. We may change prices at any time, but a price change will not alter a completed order.
5. Refunds
Because these products are delivered digitally, refund eligibility is governed by the refund terms displayed on the sales page or at checkout when you purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation right that cannot legally be waived.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, received the wrong product, or cannot access what you purchased, email ryan@allnaturaltraffic.com with your order email and order number.
6. Educational information, not professional advice
Our materials provide educational information about SEO, content, marketing, and business decision-making. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
You are responsible for your decisions, implementation, and results. Consider your own facts and consult a qualified professional when you need advice for your situation.
7. No guaranteed results
Examples, case studies, projections, and illustrations are provided to explain a method. They are not promises or guarantees of traffic, rankings, leads, revenue, profit, or any other result.
Search platforms, competitors, markets, websites, and customer behavior change. Your results depend on factors we do not control, including your offer, execution, website, market, budget, timing, and prior work.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use this site or our products to:
- break the law or encourage illegal activity;
- interfere with the site, checkout, accounts, security, or other users;
- introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access;
- scrape, copy, or extract protected content at scale;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with us; or
- violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
We may suspend or end access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
9. Intellectual property
The site and its original text, graphics, branding, frameworks, templates, downloads, and other materials are owned by All Natural Traffic or used with permission. Except for the limited license in Section 3, no ownership or other right is transferred to you.
“SHOULD Framework” and related product names, methods, and materials may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, approval, or ownership by you.
10. Third-party tools and links
The site and products may link to or depend on third-party tools, websites, and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in writing, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not promise that the site or digital access will always be uninterrupted or error-free. If a technical problem prevents access to a purchased product, contact us so we can investigate and restore access or provide another reasonable delivery method.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, All Natural Traffic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the site, a product, or these Terms.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for a claim related to a paid product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Indemnity
To the extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless All Natural Traffic from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the site or products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any court proceeding that is not required by applicable law to be brought elsewhere must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Indiana, and you consent to that venue.
Before filing a claim, you and All Natural Traffic agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally. Send a written description of the issue to ryan@allnaturaltraffic.com. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief when needed.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Changes apply going forward. The Terms in effect when you made a purchase continue to govern that purchase to the extent required by law.
